So when it comes to conversion, OpenRDA is committed to making the process as painless and as simple as possible. We’ve developed a thorough, proven 10-step process that ensures when you go live, you have the information and understanding to take advantage of our powerful accounting software.
  1. Planning/discovery meeting
  2. Schedule development timeline/approval
  3. Installation of hardware
  4. Collection of data files – excel spreadsheet from you to us
  5. Conversion of data – OpenRDA converts the data you’ve provided
  6. Verification of converted data
  7. Defining customization variables – per work station
  8. Training – choose from 3 options (in-house, on-site or online)
  9. Testing (payroll test in both systems to make sure they are correct)
  10. You go live!
